磨矿介质对闪锌矿浮选行为的影响研究

Series No. 512 February 2019 金属矿山 METAL MINE 总第 512 期 2019 年第 2 期 磨矿介质对闪锌矿浮选行为的影响研究 聂梦宇 1,2 韩跃新 1,2 李艳军 1,2 (1. 东北大学资源与土木工程学院,辽宁 沈阳 110819; 2. 难采选铁矿资源高效开发利用技术国家地方联合工程研究中心,辽宁 沈阳 110819) 摘 要 在湿式磨矿条件下分别以钢球和陶瓷球作为磨矿介质,以丁基黄药为捕收剂,研究闪锌矿在不同磨 矿体系下的可浮性差异。结果表明,在相同药剂条件下,相比钢球介质湿磨环境,以陶瓷介质湿磨后闪锌矿可浮性 较高;不同磨矿介质对闪锌矿的最佳浮选 pH 值几乎没有影响,最佳浮选 pH 值均保持在 4~6 之间;硫酸锌对闪锌矿 的抑制作用受磨矿介质影响较小。借助扫描电镜和 X 射线光电子能谱检测考察磨矿介质对闪锌矿浮选行为的影 响机理,陶瓷介质湿磨后闪锌矿表面较为*整,表面覆盖的金属氧化物较少;钢球介质湿磨后闪锌矿表面腐蚀较为 严重,表面覆盖有大量白色絮状氧化物,降低了闪锌矿的可浮性;在钢球介质湿磨体系中,由于钢球介质的磨损脱 落导致矿浆中存在大量的 Fe3+;随着磨矿时间的延长,Fe3+及 Zn2+不断与矿浆中 OH-结合生成金属氧化物覆盖在矿物 表面,导致矿浆中金属离子含量不断下降。 关键词 磨矿介质 闪锌矿 表面性质 浮选 中图分类号 TD921+.4,TD923 文献标志码 A 文章编号 1001-1250(2019)-02-163-05 DOI 10.19614/j.cnki.jsks.201902031 Effects of Grinding Media on the Flotation Behaviors of Sphalerite Nie Mengyu1,2 Han Yuexin1,2 Li Yanjun1,22 (1. National-Local Joint Engineering Research Center of Refractory Iron Ore Resources Efficient Utilization Technology,Shenyang 110819,China) Abstract The flotation behavior of sphalerite at wet grinding conditions with different grinding mediums (steel ball and ceramic ball) was researched when butyl xanthate was used as collector. The results show that the floatability of sphalerite grinding with ceramic ball is higher than those grinding with steel ball under the same pharmaceutical conditions. The opti? mum flotation pH of sphalerite is maintained between 4 and 6,it is not affected by the grinding medium. The inhibitory effect of zinc sulfate on sphalerite is also unaffected by the grinding medium. Scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to investigate the influence mechanism of grinding medium on the flotation behavior of sphalerite. The results show that the surface of sphalerite grinding with ceramic ball is relatively flat and the surface is covered with less metal oxide. The surface of sphalerite grinding with steel ball is severely corroded,and the surface is covered with a large amount of white flocculent oxide,which reduces the floatability of the sphalerite. In the wet grinding system of the steel ball,the wear and tear of the steel ball causes a large amount of Fe3+ in the slurry. With the increase of grinding time,Fe3+ and Zn2+ are con? tinuously combined with OH- in the slurry to form metal oxides covering the surface of minerals,which leads to the continuous decrease of metal ion content in the slurry.
